3. Return Authorization: Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to used personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
